Can I make a Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 3 days from the delivery date. Returns submitted after that timeframe will not be processed or returned back you.

Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are NOT available. Store Credits expire 60 days after issue date.
How do I make a return?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return request should be sent to sales@marvelousallure.com, with your first and last name, email address, order number, phone number, reason for return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original packaging and packaged durably, free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
- Items purchased with 50% off or higher Promotions
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event you have received the wrong item, Marvelous Allure will reimburse the return cost if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Please report discrepancies at sales@marvelousallure.com, with appropriate justification (i.e. pictures, description, order number, etc.) to initiate the process.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
