MY ORDER HAS NOT PROCESSED AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
Marvelous Allure only ships to the billing address that your bank has on file. This can cause a delay in processing if two different addresses are supplied for the billing and shipping address during checkout.
PayPal offers an option to ship to a different address, as long as the 'Ship To' address is confirmed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless an Express option is selected at checkout.
WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Double pending transactions on your account, does not necessarily mean you have been charged twice. What you may see is a double authorization which can sometimes occur if "confirm" is selected multiple times at check out. Try not to worry, your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours reflecting the appropriate charges.
HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Store credits are valid for 60 days from the issue date in the form of a coupon code. Enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?
Click the item you would like to purchase, and select your desired size (if applicable). A 'sold out' notification will pop up. Click "notify me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock, you will be notified by email.
